Founder & President
Michael Yan, MSEE, MBA
Michael founded Ampere Electromechanical with a vision to combine engineering expertise and practical manufacturing to serve government, defense and commercial customers.
His background includes electrical engineering, PCB and digital circuit design, system testing and integration, troubleshooting and electrical/electronic system development. Ampere applies that engineering foundation to appropriately scoped manufacturing opportunities and expands capability around real customer requirements.

Manufacturing Tradition
Lancaster County has a long industrial tradition. Generations of local businesses and skilled workers have produced machinery, metal products, textiles, watches, electrical products and other manufactured goods.
That heritage continues in a region with an experienced manufacturing workforce that includes engineers, technicians, machinists, fabricators and other skilled professionals. Ampere is building on that foundation with electrical and electromechanical manufacturing focused on U.S. customers.
